THIS 4th BIENNIAL CONFERENCE, FOLLOWING HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL MEETINGS IN LOS ANGELES (1998), MORRISTOWN, NEW JERSEY (2000) AND OMAHA (2002), WILL CONTINUE THE DIALOGUE ON EFFECTIVE TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES FOR BALANCING USE AND SAFETY WITH PRESERVATION.
